Introduction of whole machine :
Full-automatic box gluing machine consists of four parts: paper feeding part, gluing folding part, nailing box gluing pressing part and counting and accumulating part. It has digital display speed regulation, microcomputer amplitude modulation, simple, fast, reliable and accurate control mode, automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing folding, automatic counting and automatic stacking output, with an average box gluing speed of 150 sheets/min, a maximum speed of 220 sheets/min and a maximum speed of 600 nails. High efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection are our highest pursuit.
With reference to European standards, the electrical appliances of the whole machine are designed and produced with the concept of safe and reliable work and convenient operation and maintenance. It adopts color touch man-machine interface and Panasonic master PLC control, which is convenient to operate and humanized. Both the touch man-machine interface and master PLC have reserved program upgrade interfaces to facilitate future equipment upgrade. The main motor of the whole machine has variable frequency speed regulation, stable speed, environmental protection and energy saving (about 30% power saving), and fully protects the motor (when the voltage is too high or too low, when the motor is overheated or the current is too large, the inverter automatically gives an alarm and stops moving, and the corresponding alarm code is displayed). Siemens AC contactor is used in all contactors for controlling the motor of the whole machine, and thermal overload relay is installed to protect the motor when the motor is overloaded. The wires at the joints of all parts of the machine are connected by aviation plug-ins, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. Operation buttons are installed at the front and back of the machine, and the main functions can be operated at both the front and back of the machine. The operation button panel is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and elegant. Graphics and characters are used on the panel to explain the convenient functions of the buttons at the same time, which is easy to understand.

Feeder paper part
1. The whole machine adopts PLC computer programming controller, digital operation and touch screen to input data, which can change data without stopping; Automatic paper feeding, automatic folding, automatic box sticking (nail box), automatic counting and automatic stacking output (automatic packaging) of the whole machine;
2. Vacuum adsorption belt feeding paper can adjust the air volume according to different paperboard to ensure smooth paper feeding; The lifting of the front supporting board and the front and rear baffle plates are all electrically adjusted, which is fast and convenient to adjust;
3. Newly upgrade the four-channel electric preloading structure, correct and compensate the deviation of paperboard pressing line, and solve the technical problems such as scissors difference, bulging and high and low lines of paperboard forming;
4. The paper feeding belt is made of imported rubber, which is wear-resistant and has high friction;
5. Pneumatic side-patting device can effectively reduce the manual paper feeding error and improve the paper feeding stability; 6. Electric adjustment of lateral movement of the left and right side stop gauges;
7. High-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic braking system are selected, so that the paper feeding part can be operated singly or continuously, effectively controlling the wave cost of paperboard in specification adjustment and the accuracy of output paperboard;
8. Using 7-inch ultra-clear touch screen to control, easy to adjust and quick to change orders;
Folder part
1. The seamless butted endless synchronous conveyor belt made of imported special materials with high friction and super wear resistance is not easy to be dislocated and scratched on the surface of the carton;
2. The front section is equipped with a unique electric four-preloading structure and multi-channel line pressing compensation to accurately and effectively correct the deviation of cardboard pit lines, so that the whole carton can be folded more accurately;
3. The whole folding section adopts a heavy-duty extended model with a unique double servo belt correction device, which effectively regulates the accuracy of the carton in the molding process.
4. The gluing department selects high-quality stainless steel gluing wheel, which is uniform in gluing, efficient in saving glue; Paste wheel and glue tank are made of stainless steel, which is convenient to clean; Glue pump automatically applies glue, and stops automatically for circulation;
Stitcher part
1. The nail box part adopts the lifting machine, which realizes the rapid conversion between the sticking box and the nail box mode, without too much manual adjustment, and is convenient to change orders. 2. The lifting part adopts high-precision linear slide rail to ensure the repeated positioning accuracy of the nail machine lifting.
3. The lifting part uses four elevators, each of which can carry 1.5 tons to ensure the stability and accuracy of lifting, and it is small in size, large in bearing capacity and long in maintenance period.
4. After the lifting part switches the box sticking mode, the bottom plate of the nail remover is not required.
5. Increase the double servo drive, the accuracy is accurate, and the mechanical transmission part is reduced, which can effectively reduce the mechanical failure rate. 6. Using touch screen operation, the parameters (nail distance, nail number, nail species, tailgate) can be changed conveniently and quickly.
7. The bottom die and blade are all made of tungsten steel, which has better wear resistance.
8. The whole nail head is made of Guangdong head, all made of special steel, and the computer gong is precisely processed. 9. The design speed of the nail head is 1000 nails/minute.
Stacker part
1. The stacking output department is equipped with automatic counting, orderly stacking and stacking output, which can set the output of finished boxes according to customer's requirements, and increase the number of boxes.
Correcting and molding of step transmission;
2. The output is made in a uniform way, which effectively adjusts the slight deviation caused by the rolling pit in the forming process of the cardboard, so that the formed carton can achieve a perfect effect; 3. The stacking part adopts the direct-shooting design, which has good effect and low noise, and the finished products are stacked neatly into the output part for bundling;
4. The counting department is equipped with pneumatic alignment, and the paper output of small box is standardized and tidy.
