1. Glue
Our gluing department features a continuous gluing system designed to prevent solidification during short pauses. The gluing wheel's gap is easily adjustable, and an optional engraving disk caters to paper thicknesses of 1-8mm, allowing for tailored gluing quantities.
2. Paper Folding
A. Seamlessly synchronized speeds between the upper and lower beam belts and the slotting machine prevent issues like paper grabbing or blocking, ensuring precise paper reception and flawless operation.
B. Independently adjustable upper and lower belt speeds offer customization, allowing alignment when necessary, for seamless operation.
C. The origami system, composed of a belt and glue stick, provides adjustable folding angles, simplifying operations and enhancing user-friendliness.
3. Preloading
The pre-pressing feature includes an adjustable gap between sticks, accommodating paper thicknesses of 1-8mm. Adjustments are user-friendly, either via a dial or touch screen, facilitating automatic machine adjustments.

1. Once gas circuits, gas sources, electrical circuits, and power supplies are connected, trial runs may commence. Begin by testing the movements of the upper and lower beams, sheet piling paper counting unit, blowers, and drive motors at low speed to ensure proper functionality.
2. Begin by initiating the machine in a gentle, slow motion for a minimum of 10 minutes. Carefully, attentively listen to every component for any unusual noises, like a metal crash or knocking. Once assured of smooth operation, gradually elevate the speed, ensuring each increase does not exceed 10% of the rated speed, until you proficiently reach the machine's specified rated speed.
3. Proceed to close the paper pushing and counting section, then open the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Delicately test for seamless folding operations to verify they meet the accuracy requirements. As all sections attain satisfactory functioning, cautiously increase the speed, ensuring the machine's operation remains within the rated speed limits for optimal performance.
4. Gradually activate the entire machine, meticulously testing functions like paper aligning, counting, and pushing. Target achieving designated positions as advised to maximize the machine's longevity. Maintain the machine's operating speed strictly below its rated capacity for sustained performance efficiency.
5. The instructions provided in steps 1 through 4 outline the methodology for the initial test run. Future adjustments for different box types require only a low-speed operation of the entire machine, ensuring precise debugging to accommodate specific size requirements effortlessly.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine
A proactive approach to machine care, prioritizing prevention over maintenance, and maintenance over repair, is essential. To ensure uninterrupted production and extend the machine's lifespan, diligently attend to all maintenance tasks outlined in this chapter.
1. Maintenance and lubrication of guide rail
A. Meticulously clean oil and dust from the surface of the moving guide rail and roller, applying an appropriate amount of engine oil (32#). Uphold cleanliness on the guide rail and roller, avoiding the detriments of direct dry grinding.
B. Remove oil stains from the traversing chute surface and liberally apply grease (Mobil MP) for optimal maintenance.
C. Ensure every bearing receives a sufficient application of lubricating oil (Mobil MP) to maintain optimum functionality.
2. Maintenance and lubrication of sprocket and gear
A. Thoroughly clean grease and grime from the sprocket and chain surface, applying quality grease (Mobil MP) for enhanced durability.
B. Remove oil stains from gear surfaces and gear sets, administering a fresh application of grease (Mobil MP) to ensure seamless operation.
3. Maintenance and lubrication of motor and reducer
Regularly replenish the lubricating oil for the drive reducer (Mobil DTE629). Clean the motor's surface dust regularly, refraining from using damp cloths to avoid moisture damage.
