Following the transformation into liquid alkali, the tablets are securely housed within the alkali storage tank. The level of the alkali transfer tank is precisely managed by a state-of-the-art PLC system. Upon reaching the designated low threshold, the system seamlessly initiates an automatic refill from the alkali storage tank via a powerful pump.
As soon as the material level in the starch storage tank descends to the sensor's threshold, the system springs into action, sounding an automatic alarm to signal the need for material replenishment, accompanied by a gentle vibration to facilitate the addition process.
The glue feeding process is meticulously automated, delivering adhesive to the glue storage tank through an efficient pneumatic diaphragm pump, all orchestrated under the watchful control of the sophisticated PLC system.
