Product Description
Japan Mitsubishi four servo drive, accurate precision, less mechanical transmission part, which can effectively reduce the mechanical failure rate.
The whole control system adopts Omron PLC control system.
Contactors in the control box all adopt German Siemens brand.
The relays and circuit breakers are made of brand of France, and the photoelectric and proximity switches are made of Omron brand of Japan.
The bottom die and blade are made of Japanese alloy tungsten steel (wear-resistant).
The whole set of nail heads are all made of original parts from Taiwan Province, so the service life of the head is longer.
It takes only one minute to change the size of the carton and adjust the nail distance of the carton, which greatly saves time and is convenient to operate.
Front and rear two-way baffle configuration can be used to order open cartons, small cartons and color boxes.
The back section has automatic counting function, and the number of finished sheets can be stacked and sent to the end of conveying machinery according to the set number (1-99).
