Stacking Department
1. Equipment Specifications: This versatile machine boasts a height of 3.1 meters, a length of 7.2 meters, and a width of 3.4 meters. It accommodates delivery lengths ranging from 350 to 2600mm, with a delivery height of 1.7 meters and width between 250 and 1500mm. Its delivery speed is remarkably adaptable, ranging from 20 to 140 sheets per minute.
2. Equipment Configuration: The machine is equipped with an exceptional set-up. Featuring a robust Hydraulic Power Station, it includes a dedicated control electric box (stacker controller by Chint). The electrical system is fortified with Chint air switches, intermediate relays, travel switches, and buttons, complemented by a photoelectric household worker and frequency conversion sine. It also boasts a climbing pattern output belt with front 9 and rear 10 Tianjin Bojiete, two thick rope fall arresters, and strong 250H steel columns supporting both the front and rear.
3. The entire machine is exquisitely painted, with all steel plates precision laser-cut to ensure pristine flatness and flawless assembly.
4. Remarks: Given the variable delivery height of the stacker, whether paired with a printing press or other equipment, both the length of the machinery and the delivery arm are meticulously measured according to the actual equipment in use.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving section is pneumatically maneuverable, allowing effortless template disassembly and assembly by providing ample space.
(2) The waste removal mechanism is enhanced by a vibration axis, each boasting four strategic shaking points that expedite the frequency and effectiveness of waste elimination.
(3) The vibrating belt employs a cylindrical high-elasticity design, ensuring excellent flexibility while safeguarding the cardboard from damage.
(4) The belt shaft incorporates a full-length concave belt groove, allowing easy adjustments to match the cardboard's dimensions, thereby guaranteeing seamless transit of irregularly shaped cartons without compromising cardboard integrity.
(5) A brush device at the rear of the waste removal section effectively prevents waste paper from resurfacing on the cardboard, ensuring optimal waste removal performance.
(6) Conveniently located at the lower end of the waste removal section is a waste paper exporting device, designed to facilitate efficient waste paper collection, minimize labor, and reduce operational intensity.
(7) The vibration shaft is independently powered by its own motor, enhancing operational precision and efficiency.
