Introduce the technological process and technical parameters of this product as follows
1.Glue
The gluing department adopts a non-stop or gluing system to prevent the glue from solidifying when the machine starts at the end of a short time. The gap of gluing wheel can be adjusted conveniently, and another engraving disk can adapt to gluing of 1-8mm thick paper, and the gluing amount can be adjusted conveniently.
2.Paper Folding
A. The speed of the upper and lower beam belts is coordinated with that of the slotting machine, and the pasting belt and conveying belt are very close to that of the slotting machine, so that the paper grabbing or blocking problem between the pasting box line and the slotting machine can be avoided, and the paper receiving is more accurate;
B. The upper and lower belt speeds can be adjusted separately, that is, when the upper and lower belt speeds are different, they can be adjusted to be the same.
C. The origami is made of belt and glue stick, which can conveniently adjust the angle of origami and is easy to operate.
3. Preloading
Pre-pressing degree, with adjustable gap between upper and lower sticks, can press 1-8mm paper folding box, and it is convenient to adjust with dial, and can also be directly input by touch screen to make the machine automatically adjust.
4. Counting stacking
The stacking machine is driven by servo motor, realizing full automation, accurately controlling the number of sheets in each bundle, pressing the sheets evenly, and pushing the sheets by computer to count and discharge accurately.

Preliminary debugging operation of the machine
The preliminary debugging of the machine is the preparatory work before production after the installation of the machine. The quality of debugging not only affects the service life of the machine, but also affects the production schedule and the quality of equipment and products. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of debugging before production. The following debugging steps of this machine are introduced for use by crew and debugging personnel.
1. The machine can be put into trial operation after all gas circuits, gas sources, circuits and power supplies are connected; First, test the movements of the upper and lower beams, the sheet piling paper counting unit, the blowers and the driving motors at low speed.
2. Start the machine in slow motion for more than 10 minutes, and then slowly increase the speed. In the process of slow motion, listen carefully to all parts of the machine, whether there is any abnormal sound such as metal crash or knock, and then continue to accelerate (the increase in speed each time shall not exceed 10% of the rated speed) until the rated speed of the machine is reached.
3. Close the paper pushing and counting section, open the paper feeding section, folding section, pre-pressing section, etc., and slowly test whether the section has smooth folding and meets the requirements of folding accuracy, and then gradually increase the speed (note: the running speed of the machine shall not exceed the rated speed) after all sections of the folding section are in place.
4. Start the whole machine slowly, test the actions such as paper aligning, counting and pushing, and try to reach the designated position according to the above (to ensure the service life of the machine, the running speed of the machine shall not exceed the rated speed).
5. The above 1, 2, 3 and 4 all refer to the method of the first test run. After the first test run, if you want to change the box type, you only need to start the whole machine and debug the folding box at low speed to meet the size requirements.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine
Prevention is more important than maintenance, and maintenance is more important than repair. In order to make the production go smoothly and prolong the service life of the machine, please do all the maintenance work of the machine carefully according to the contents of this chapter.
1. Maintenance and lubrication of guide rail
A. clean the oil and dust on the surface of the moving guide rail and roller, and drip a proper amount of engine oil (32#). Please keep the surface of guide rail and roller clean to avoid direct dry grinding without lubricating oil between guide rail and roller.
B. Clean the oil stain on the surface of the traversing chute and apply grease (Mobil MP).
C. add lubricating oil (Mobil MP) to each bearing
2. Maintenance and lubrication of sprocket and gear
A. clean the surface of sprocket and chain with greasy dirt and grease (Mobil MP).
B. clean the oil stains on the surfaces of gears and gear sets and apply grease (Mobil MP).
3. Maintenance and lubrication of motor and reducer
Regularly replace the lubricating oil of the drive reducer (Mobil DTE629), regularly clean the dust on the surface of the motor, and do not wipe it with a damp cloth.
3. Maintenance of belt
A. Conveyor belt is a kind of wear-resistant part, please clean the dirt on the pulley regularly (dirt on the pulley will lead to different speeds of each belt, which will affect the performance of the machine and accelerate the wear of the belt).
B. Do not drip lubricating oil and other oily products on the conveyor belt and pulley, so as not to cause the belt slip and affect the machine performance.
4. Other maintenance
A. regularly clean the drive shaft, move the oil and dust on the surface of the screw rod transversely, and drip the engine oil (32#)
B. Please regularly check fastening screws, belts, keys and other components for looseness or wear.
C. Please clean the dust on the surface of each part of the machine regularly (every day).
