2. Paper Folding

B. Independently adjust the speeds of the upper and lower belts, aligning them seamlessly even if initially they differ, offering unmatched control and precision.

Begin by testing the functions of upper and lower beams, sheet piling paper counting units, blowers, and driving motors, initially at low speed, ensuring optimal functionality and readiness.
2. Begin your machine journey by activating it in a gentle, slow-motion state for over 10 minutes. Gradually, gently increase the speed while attentively listening for any unexpected sounds, such as metal collisions or knocks. Continue to enhance the speed, ensuring that each increment does not surpass 10% of the rated speed, until reaching the machine's optimal, rated speed.
3. Engage the paper pushing and counting sections, then turn on the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a meticulous test to ensure seamless folding that aligns with the precise folding requirements. Gradually increase the speed, ensuring it remains within the rated boundaries, to verify that each section operates smoothly and cohesively.
4. Activate the entire machine cautiously, testing essential functions like paper aligning, counting, and pushing. Aim to reach designated positions as outlined earlier, ensuring the longevity of the machine by maintaining a speed that does not exceed the rated specifications.
5. Steps 1 to 4 provide guidance for the inaugural test run. Post the first run, transitioning between box types requires only a full machine start and low-speed adjustments to meet size specifications effectively.
Maintenance and Lubrication of the Machine

1. Maintenance and Lubrication of Guide Rail
A. Thoroughly clean off oil and dust from the movable guide rail and roller surfaces. Apply a suitable amount of engine oil (32#) to maintain cleanliness and prevent direct dry friction between guide rail and roller due to lack of lubrication.
B. Thoroughly clean the oil stains from the traversing chute's surface and apply Mobil MP grease for optimal performance.
C. Ensure each bearing is well-lubricated with Mobil MP to facilitate smooth operation.
2. Maintenance and Lubrication of Sprocket and Gear
A. Meticulously clean greasy dirt and grease (Mobil MP) from the sprocket and chain surfaces for optimal efficiency.
B. Clean oil stains from gears and gear sets, then apply Mobil MP grease to ensure smooth gear operation.
3. Maintenance and Lubrication of Motor and Reducer
