The roller's shaft is ingeniously designed to facilitate both horizontal and circumferential engraving of reference lines, greatly enhancing the convenience of plate hanging and alignment. It features a ratchet fixed plate winding shaft equipped with a plate hanging groove for rapid plate changes. The axial distance between the printing plate roller and the displacement for left and right plate pulling is electrically adjustable by 6mm, offering an effective adjustment range of 12mm. This capability allows for precise plate corrections, whether the machine is running or paused. The planetary gear phase control of the printing plate roller ensures impeccable360°degree adjustment of the circumference, and the 360° degree computer precisely controls motor operations, allowing for seamless adjustments either during operation or when stopped. The intuitive touch screen conveniently displays the adjustment metrics and automatically adapts to input sizes. An automatic zeroing device is available for the printing plate roller, with a system that offers a plate hanging position function. Simply click the plate hanging position button for the equipment to swiftly move to the most favorable position for plate hanging, significantly optimizing labor efficiency. The inclusion of a pedal switch provides effortless control to rotate the printing plate cylinder both forwards and backwards, paving the way for easy plate changes and maintenance.
Impression roller

It is put through a rigorous process of quenching and tempering, followed by hot charging, dynamic and static balancing, and surface fine grinding paired with electroplating.

Metal anilox roller
  1. The anilox roller cots are designed with an advanced cantilever structure for effortless installation and maintenance, and a scraper system can be optionally added. Manufactured by the esteemed 'Haili Roller' in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, the anilox roller is crafted using a specialized high-quality steel process that ensures long-lasting durability, exceptional wear resistance, and outstanding corrosion resistance, coupled with excellent ink control. The honeycomb mesh's mesh numbers vary from 200, 220, 250, to 280 lines/inch, providing flexibility for various printed products.

The anilox roller and printing plate roller are optimized for touch plate adjustment through pneumatic pressing action, which automatically lifts the plate upon stopping the machine and activates the electric uniform ink to prevent ink from drying out. Each printing unit's inking delay can be individually set with the stop/start of paper feeding for enhanced control.   3. Ceramic net roller (optional with an additional price increase), features a robust surface coated with ceramic. After precision grinding and laser engraving, it achieves uniform inking with options of 200-400 lines/inch, tailored to customer needs.
Rubber roller

Produced by 'Silver Star Spring Breeze' in Jizhou, Hebei Province, the rubber rollers are meticulously crafted from high-quality seamless steel tubes, subjected to dynamic and static balance treatment for refined performance. The outermost layer, made from premium Ding Qing rubber, is known for its wear and corrosion resistance. It undergoes precision CNC grinding to achieve perfect height and accuracy, ensuring optimal performance of the cots.
  2. Employing a 1:200 double-stage worm gear for fine clearance adjustments, the system ensures even ink application and utilizes gravity for self-locking post-adjustment. After cleaning, the rubber roller and anilox roller automatically separate, preventing deformation and loss of elasticity in the rubber.
Scraper system

The sealing block adjusts easily to the engraved surface of the anilox roller, without requiring smooth or engraved bands at the roller's ends. Ink Supply System
  1. Our ink supply is driven by a one-way diaphragm pneumatic pump, efficiently recovering accumulated water within the pump and piping system, enhanced with a filter and ink circulation feature. (Note: A double-acting diaphragm pump is available when opting for the scraper ink control system.) It boasts an automatic sensing and detection system, alerting with warnings and alarms in cases of ink or wash irregularities.
