Automatic fold gluer machine consists of three parts: vacuum paper feeding part, gluing folding part and counting and stacking output part. Digital display control, PLC computer amplitude modulation, double frequency conversion synchronous operation, with simple, fast, reliable and accurate operation control mode. Automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing and folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking and output, synchronous belt paper feeding, remote control within 00 meters to realize remote host start and stop, host acceleration and deceleration, fan start and stop, paper feeding start and stop, emergency stop, left and right arm adjustment, gluing box adjustment, average box sticking speed of 230m/min, high speed and energy saving, and labor cost saving.

Feeder part :
1. The belt leading edge is adopted to suck air and feed paper, which is accurate and reliable.
2. High-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic braking system are adopted, so that the paper feeding part can be controlled independently, and the operation is simple and reliable.
3. The paper pressing wheel is linked with the folding part, and the height can be adjusted, which is suitable for the cardboard thickness of 2-8 mm.
4. The paper feeding wheel is linked with the folding part, and the speed is adjusted by frequency conversion, and the paper feeding speed is 0-230m/min.
5. The front baffle of the paper feeding part and the paper feeding belt can be adjusted left and right.
Fold gluer part
1. The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation system without noise, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable.
2. Imported high-friction belt is used to transport cardboard, and it is automatically stacked.
3. The stainless steel wheel is used for gluing, and the glue amount is even, trouble-free and glue-saving.
4. The folding part is equipped with a cardboard correcting device and an indentation correcting device.
5. The folding part has two rows of adjustable inner positioning guide wheel system, which has higher molding accuracy

Stacker part

1. Automatic stacking and neat output
2. The main motor of the technical department has variable frequency speed regulation, adjustable speed and stable and reliable startup.
3. Convey cartons by belt, and pile them neatly at a speed of 0-230m/min.
4. Using the beating board to hit the carton has the function of rectifying deviation, and the deviation is very small.
5. The counting and pushing are pneumatic and PLC controlled, which is reliable, accurate and fast.
6. Using PLC programming controller and touch screen digital control, the operation is simple, the action is reliable, the data is input without stopping, and the counting is automatic.
7. The output part adopts the synchronous pressing mode of the bottom conveyor belt and the upper pressing belt, so that the finished carton can be firmly adhered and output neatly.
Equipment installation and distribution
1. Installation requires a space of 15×5×3. In order to facilitate operation and production, both sides should be more than 1 meter away from the wall, the ground should be flat, and the equipment working surface should be horizontally adjusted.
2. This equipment uses 380V(440V) AC power supply, and the power supply is directly involved in the inlet of the distribution box. Details.

3. Before starting the equipment, make sure that all parts are installed and connected correctly, and there is no foreign body on the chain and belt. Only after the equipment is running normally can it be operated.
Note: The internal parameters of the microcomputer have been set and locked, so please do not change them without authorization, which will lead to abnormal use.
Equipment maintenance and maintenance
1. The equipment shall be used within the maximum adjustment range, and the transmission handles, handwheels and screw rods shall be kept flexible and smooth.
2. Regularly check the fixed positions of the transmission gears, sprockets, pulleys and the tension of the springs.
3, the conveyor belt should be kept clean, if necessary, can use a small amount of low concentration detergent to wipe, it is strictly prohibited use solvents.
4, glue wheel must be cleaned after each shift, in order to avoid glue dry knot affect the normal work.
5. Lubricating oil must be added to the chain drive parts in each shift, and lubricating oil must be added to the connecting bearing every two months.
6, before starting the equipment, make sure that all parts are correct, and operate normally before operation.
