Manual servo corrugated cardboard carton stitching machine

This machine adopts exclusive customized servo control system, subtracts complicated PLC control, and imitates CNC machine tools and integrates them into the general controller. Internal operation reduces external signal input and complicated wiring, and improves the stability of the machine. Using servo motor high-precision encoder to control the feeding time makes the feeding more accurate and the response speed faster. Direct visual fault alarm by touch screen has been well received by customers for five years.

6. The cutter body is made of CR12MOV by vacuum furnace heat treatment, the blade is made of tungsten steel, the wire feeding blade is DC53, and the wire feeding wheel and other gears are made of 40CR. Harbin bearings are used for bearings.
