1. Glue

2. Paper Folding
A. The speed of the upper and lower beam belts synchronizes with the slotting machine, maintaining close alignment with pasting and conveying belts. This precision prevents paper grabbing or blockage issues, ensuring flawless and accurate paper reception.
B. Independently adjustable upper and lower belt speeds allow for seamless synchronization, even when initially disparate.

2. Initiate the machine with a gentle, slow-motion start for a minimum of 10 minutes. During this phase, listen intently to every component, ensuring there are no unusual sounds such as metallic clashes or knocks. Subsequently, gently enhance the speed-never exceeding 10% per increment-until the machine achieves its rated velocity, thus setting the stage for optimal operation.
3. Securely close the paper pushing and counting section, and then activate the seamless operations of the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. As you gradually increase speed, ensure each segment performs smooth folds with pinpoint accuracy. (Reminder: The machine's velocity should remain at or beneath its rated speed for utmost precision and durability.)
4. Gradually set the entire machine in motion, examining actions like paper alignment, counting, and pushing to confirm they achieve the targeted positions as detailed earlier. This ensures longevity by maintaining a speed not surpassing the rated capacity, thereby preserving the machine's integrity.
5. The steps outlined in points 1, 2, 3, and 4 detail the procedure for the inaugural test run. For subsequent runs or when modifying box types, simply initiate the complete machine at a reduced pace, adjusting folding boxes to align with specified dimensions with ease and precision.
Maintenance and lubrication of the machine

1. Maintenance and lubrication of guide rail
A. Remove oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces, then apply a judicious amount of engine oil (32#). Maintain cleanliness to prevent dry, direct friction that could compromise the components.
B. Clear oil residues from the traversing chute's surface and apply Mobil MP grease for optimal glide.
C. Introduce Mobil MP lubricating oil to each bearing to ensure smooth, uninterrupted motion.
2. Maintenance and lubrication of sprocket and gear
A. Thoroughly cleanse the sprocket and chain surfaces of any greasy dirt, then apply Mobil MP grease to ensure optimal performance.
B. Eliminate oil stains from gear and gear set surfaces, followed by the application of Mobil MP grease for enduring function.
3. Maintenance and lubrication of motor and reducer
Consistently replace the drive reducer's lubricating oil with Mobil DTE629, and routinely clear dust from the motor's surface. Avoid using a damp cloth to prevent damage.
3. Maintenance of belt
