Equipment Configuration: One Featuring a robust Hydraulic Power Station and a dedicated control electric box (stacker dedicated controller Chint), this equipment is masterfully designed with Chint air switch, intermediate relay, travel switch, and button. It also includes a photoelectric household worker and frequency conversion sine controls. The climbing pattern output belt, front 9 and rear 10 Tianjin Bojiete, is supported by 2 thick rope fall arresters, while the 250H steel front and rear columns ensure stability and durability.
3. The entire machine is meticulously painted and boasts laser-cut steel plates to guarantee flawless flatness, reflecting our commitment to perfection.
4. Remarks: As the stacker's delivery height may vary with different printing presses or equipment, the lengths of both the equipment and the delivery arm are tailored according to actual equipment specifications, ensuring seamless integration.
Waste Removal Department
(1) The paper receiving segment is engineered with pneumatic controls that allow vertical adjustments, facilitating straightforward disassembly and assembly of the template, optimizing operational efficiency.
(2) Each axis of the waste removal vibration system is equipped with four strategic shaking points. This configuration significantly enhances the shaking frequency, resulting in an improved waste ejection performance.
(3) Utilizing a cylindrical high-elasticity belt, the vibrating mechanism preserves the integrity of the cardboard by providing superior elasticity and safeguarding it against damage.
(4) The belt shaft is innovatively designed with a whole shaft concave belt groove, allowing for easy adjustments to accommodate various cardboard sizes. This ensures the smooth transit of uniquely shaped cartons without compromising the cardboard's condition.
(5) At the rear end of the waste removal section, a sophisticated brush device averts waste paper from recontaminating the cardboard surface, ensuring pristine results in waste removal.
(6) A strategically positioned waste paper export device at the lower end of the waste removal section streamlines the collection process, conserving labor and reducing operational strain.
