Gradually increase the speed, attentively listening for any unusual sounds that may indicate a metal collision or knock. Continue to accelerate cautiously (ensuring each increment does not surpass 10% of the machine's rated speed) until the machine achieves its rated speed, maintaining utmost precision and care.
3. Securely close the paper pushing and counting section, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a careful examination to ensure seamless folding and compliance with precision standards, then gradually escalate the speed. It is imperative that the machine's operating speed remains within its rated limit, ensuring flawless synchronization and efficiency across all sections.
4. Initiate the comprehensive machine operation slowly, meticulously testing actions such as paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Strive for precision in reaching designated positions, ensuring that the machine's speed does not exceed its rated capacity to optimize longevity and performance.

Maintenance and lubrication of the machine

1. Maintenance and lubrication of guide rail
A. Thoroughly cleanse oil and dust from the moving guide rail and roller surfaces. Apply a suitable amount of engine oil (32#). It is crucial to keep the guide rail and roller surfaces pristine to avoid dry friction without lubrication.
B. Purify the oil stains on the traversing chute's surface, ensuring thorough application of grease (Mobil MP) for optimal performance.
C. Ensure each bearing is well-lubricated with Mobil MP to maintain smooth operation and prevent wear.
2. Maintenance and lubrication of sprocket and gear
A. Meticulously clean the sprocket and chain surfaces of any greasy residue, applying Mobil MP grease for optimal operation.
B. Carefully remove oil stains from gear and gear set surfaces, applying Mobil MP grease to ensure flawless movement and longevity.
3. Maintenance and lubrication of motor and reducer
Routinely replace the lubricating oil in the drive reducer (Mobil DTE629) and systematically clean motor surface dust. Avoid using a damp cloth for wiping to preserve the motor's integrity and performance.

4. Other maintenance
A. Regularly cleanse the drive shaft, removing surface oil and dust from the screw rod. Apply 32# engine oil to maintain optimal performance.
