2. Begin by initiating the machine in a gentle, slow motion for a period exceeding 10 minutes. Gradually increase the speed, attentively listening for any unusual sounds that may indicate a metal collision or knock. Continue to accelerate cautiously (ensuring each increment does not surpass 10% of the machine's rated speed) until the machine achieves its rated speed, maintaining utmost precision and care.
3. Securely close the paper pushing and counting section, then activate the paper feeding, folding, and pre-pressing sections. Conduct a careful examination to ensure seamless folding and compliance with precision standards, then gradually escalate the speed. It is imperative that the machine's operating speed remains within its rated limit, ensuring flawless synchronization and efficiency across all sections.
4. Initiate the comprehensive machine operation slowly, meticulously testing actions such as paper alignment, counting, and pushing. Strive for precision in reaching designated positions, ensuring that the machine's speed does not exceed its rated capacity to optimize longevity and performance.
