This type of equipment can complete multi-color printing, line pressing, slotting, trimming, corner cutting, die cutting, punching and other processes of paperboard at one time. The leading edge of the equipment is used to feed paper by adsorption, the frequency converter of the main machine and fan controls the start and stop, the high-power dust removal fan cleans the cardboard surface, and the main touch screen and the side touch screen are controlled by PLC programming system, so that the human-machine interface can control the operation of each part humanly, and the printing accuracy of the machine can be operated no matter in the paper feeding, operation and paper discharging. The front of the main machine is equipped with paper output monitoring equipment, which can observe the situation of the paper output department at any time when starting and stopping, so as to ensure the safety of people who start and adjust the machine. Each part is equipped with an electric opening and closing system, pneumatic locking system, pneumatic plate lifting system, automatic ink mixing system and ink shortage alarm system to ensure the normal operation of the whole machine, exquisite printing patterns and accurate color registration. All transmission shafts of the whole machine are treated with dynamic and static balance, and the gears are processed by special technology. All gears are carburized and ground, the overall hardness is HRC52-58, and the accuracy is grade 6. All gears are lubricated by spray circulating lubrication, equipped with circulating oil display window, and the oiling situation can be observed at any time. And that connection between the gear and the transmission shaft is fix by the keyless connection ring, which is firm and reliable. Product Parameters

 

Feeding unit:
  1. The paper feeding adopts the most advanced Taiwan Province leading edge paper feeding technology, and the material of the paper feeding wheel shaft is bearing steel.
  2. The control panel is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen with man-machine interface, which can realize the communication operation among the paper feeding section, printing section, slotting section and die cutting section, and can control and display the current phase operation, whole machine speed, counting and stopping, plate lifting delay, system settings such as constant speed adjustment of adsorption fan and dust removal fan, alignment time, continuity and separation, and man-machine dialogue or manual electric control of dual operating systems of each section, with fast adjustment speed and safe and simple operation.
  3. Suction fan assists paper feeding, the air volume can be adjusted in each section according to the size of cardboard, and the motor is a frequency converter controllable motor, which reduces the power consumption and saves the cost. The dust removal fan is a powerful frequency converter controllable motor equipped with multiple dust removal brushes to remove impurities on the cardboard surface and improve the printing quality.
  4. Leading edge paper feeding is divided into standard type (see Figure -1): it is suitable for corrugated cardboard with various corrugated shapes, stable system performance and high paper feeding accuracy. Vacuum negative pressure suction flat paper feeding mode ensures high-speed and accurate paper feeding. (Additional price increase is optional) "Soft pressing" high matching type (see Figure -2): it can reduce the friction between the cardboard and the table top, and reduce the damage to the corrugated shape of the cardboard. Its characteristics protect the original corrugated strength of the cardboard, reduce the damage of the elastic paper feeding rubber shaft mechanism to the cardboard, and facilitate the smooth transmission of the cardboard after touching the line. Reduce transportation congestion, save cardboard and paper production time. It can transport corrugated paper with E- groove (thin) horizontal, curved and lower quality cardboard.
  5. Taking the leading edge of cardboard as the positioning benchmark, the influence of cardboard length error is greatly reduced. When the cardboard is sent to the pulley, the speed is the same as that of the pulley, and the accuracy of handover will not be affected by the speed difference.
  6. The left and right stop gauges of cardboard adopt electric adjustment distance, which can be electrically divided with the contract left and right or independently controlled. The cardboard dragging frame adopts electric front-back adjustment to adapt to the width of cardboard. The front baffle is manually and synchronously lifted, which is simple, reliable and easy to operate.
  7. Unit opening and closing: the electric control machine is opened and closed with an alarm bell, the opening and closing keeps ringing alarm, one-button positioning and opening and closing, and the transmission shaft is attached with a friction clutch to ensure the safety of operators and avoid damaging the machine due to misoperation. Pneumatic interlocking device, locking is firm, convenient and accurate. Unit split transmission shaft is equipped with overload protection device to prevent other parts from being damaged. Pneumatic interlocking shaft mechanism ensures firm, convenient and accurate locking, ensures that the meshing position of the gears is unchanged, and normal production can be achieved after separation and grouping, so as to avoid the occurrence of cardboard waste products due to printing misplacement.
  8. The lower roller of the paper feeding roller is made of high-quality seamless steel pipe, which is finely ground, pressed against the horizontal net and electroplated to increase the friction of cardboard. Rubber feed roller and cots are coated in two layers, the inner layer is 28 degrees, which increases the elasticity of friction rubber shaft and the outer layer is 45 degrees, which increases the wear resistance. In addition, the quick-release structure is adopted, which is more convenient and faster. The pressure adjustment of the paper feeding cots adopts the two-stage worm gear deceleration adjustment mechanism, which is manually adjusted, and the adjustment value dial shows the adjustment amount....
    Printing unit:
    Printing plate roller
    The diameter of the printing plate roller is < ¢524mm (including the plate diameter < ¢536mm). High-quality steel production, surface fine grinding, hard chromium plating, dynamic balance correction running smoothly, suitable for high-speed printing. The horizontal and circumferential directions of the shaft can be used to engrave the reference lines, which is convenient for plate hanging and plate alignment. Ratchet fixed plate winding shaft with plate hanging groove, which is suitable for quick plate change. The axial distance between the printing plate roller and the left and right plate pulling displacement is 6mm electrically adjusted. The effective adjustment range is 12mm, and the printing plate can be corrected when running or stopping.The printing plate roller phase planetary gear controls the360°degree adjustment of the circumference, and the 360° degree computer controls the motor operation adjustment, which can be operated during operation or during stop. The touch screen automatically displays the adjustment amount, and automatically adjusts after inputting the size. Automatic zeroing device for printing plate roller, the system is provided with plate hanging position, click the plate hanging position button, and the equipment automatically runs to the position convenient for plate hanging, which improves the labor efficiency. Impression roller
  1. Fine processing with high-quality seamless steel pipe, dynamic and static balance correction and stable operation. Quenching and tempering, hot charging, dynamic and static balance, surface fine grinding and electroplating.
  2. The gear adopts a backlash-free adjustment mechanism, which does not affect the meshing of the gear during adjustment and ensures the transmission accuracy. Manual micro adjustment of gap between printing plate roller and impression roller, scale display. 1: 200 double-stage worm gear box is used to adjust the positioning, and the adjustable distance is 0-12mm.
Metal anilox roller
  1. anilox roller cots adopt advanced cantilever structure, which is convenient for installation and maintenance, and scraper system can be installed later. The anilox roller is manufactured by "Haili Roller" in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, and is processed by special technology of high-quality steel, with long service life, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and good ink control. Mesh number of honeycomb mesh: 200, 220, 250, 280 lines/inch, optional according to printed products.
  2. The anilox roller and printing plate roller touch plate adjustment, which is pneumatic pressing action, automatically lift the plate after stopping the machine, and automatically turn on the electric uniform ink to prevent the ink from drying up. With the stop/start of paper feeding, the inking delay time of each printing unit is set separately. The anilox roller is equipped with one-way overrunning clutch, which is separated from the driving force, making it more convenient and faster to mix or wash ink.

Rubber roller
  1. The cots are produced by "Silver Star Spring Breeze" in Jizhou, Hebei Province, and are made of high-quality seamless steel tubes, which are refined by dynamic and static balance treatment. The outer surface is made of high-quality Ding Qing rubber, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and is ground and formed by precision CNC grinder to ensure the middle height and accuracy of cots.
  2. Adopt 1: 200 double-stage worm gear clearance fine adjustment, apply ink evenly, self-lock by gravity after adjustment, and separate rubber roller and anilox roller after cleaning to prevent rubber deformation and loss of elasticity.
Scraper system
  1. The innovative chamber fluid dynamics and ink sealing design of the closed double scraper system has good ink delivery effect and can save ink more. Or the pneumatic cylinder is adjusted and locked, and the scraper abrasion is automatically compensated, so that the anilox roller and the scraper can be better fitted to obtain the best scraping effect.  anti-corrosion and anti-sticking coating in the inner chamber makes ink transfer and cleaning easier. All-round installation design can replace any old cots or single scraper system. Fully enclosed in the true sense, it is especially suitable for volatile solvent units, saving solvents and improving working environment.
  2. Accurate scraping angle and mechanical precision. After replacing the scraper, the position of the scraper can be kept constant to ensure the best scraping effect. The sealing system with compensation can be adjusted, without shutdown, to ensure that the ink delivery system is completely sealed. The adjustable sealing block can be directly attached to the engraved surface of the anilox roller, without the need for smooth and engraved bands at both ends of the anilox roller. The closed chamber is easy to assemble and disassemble without any auxiliary tools.
Ink supply system
  1. The ink pump is a one-way diaphragm type pneumatic pump, which can recover the accumulated water in the pump and pipe with filter and ink circulation system. (Note: A double-acting diaphragm pump is equipped when the scraper ink control system is optional. ) Automatic sensing and detecting ink quantity system, ink and wash abnormal alarm, including warning and alarm bell.
  2. Transparent ink supply pipe and high hanging transparent ink storage cup make it more intuitive to observe the ink supply situation in production. Circulating cleaning pipeline and ink roller, simple and convenient operation and cleaning, stable ink supply.
Phase adjustment mechanism
1.The phase of the printing plate roller is controlled by frequency converter, and the 360-degree phase adjustment can be applied in both running and stopping states.
2. The frequency converter controls the motor speed, and the encoder cooperates with the PLC programming system. According to the adjusted value, the motor speed automatically changes, so that the phase adjustment accuracy can be controlled within 0.2mm
Pneumatic interlocking brake positioning device
  1. Cylinder brake mechanism, when the machine is separated or the phase is adjusted, the brake mechanism limits the rotation of the machine and keeps the original gear position fixed point.

Touch screen operation control
The electrical operation of slotting department adopts the touch screen to control the PLC programming automation system, input data such as "length * width * height" of paper products according to the order, start the computer system to automatically arrange the order to the required position with one button, and manually fine-tune the slotting position according to the customer's requirements
Color man-machine interface, menu storage, automatic compensation and correction of shift distance and other operations. The motor adopts frequency converter to control the motor transmission box of Taiwan Province Delta. According to the frequency conversion adjustment of the distance motor speed, the lateral displacement of the cutter head is fast, stable and accurate. The encoder cooperates with the PLC control box to adjust the high-profile cutter, and the four cutters adjust the distance synchronously, which greatly saves the cutter adjustment time and improves the work efficiency.
Pre-pressing, line pressing and slotting six-axis full computer-controlled slotting part
  1. Single-shaft double-knife slotted structure, and internal tooth structure is adopted for the box height, so that the lubricating oil is not easy to pollute the carton. The slotting unit is equipped with emergency stop device to ensure safety, and is equipped with positive and negative inching of the whole machine, which is convenient and flexible to operate.

Pre-pressing wheel and line pressing wheel
  1. The upper and lower shafts are made of high-quality steel, which is quenched and tempered and electroplated with dynamic and static balance. Equipped with four groups of new line pressing wheels, it can effectively prevent cardboard from being crushed, and the line pressing is smooth and tidy. Slotted phase adjusting mechanism

Phase adjusting device

Drive gear
  1. High-precision helical gear transmission. The transmission gear is made of 20GrMnTi high-quality alloy steel.
